Fees are agreed on a case-by-case basis. There are various factors which will account for the calculation of fees including type of matter, time estimate of the case, paperwork involved and the location of the court or hearing. Fees can be quoted on a fixed fee basis or via an hourly rate. In debt recovery up to £100,000, employment and immigration matters, our hourly rate starts at £360. All fees are agreed before we start work.
